Over the years, we’ve relegated the church to become a place we go rather than what God intended His church to be… a Holy Spirit-empowered movement… people… living on mission. As believers, we are the church… the “called-out ones” with the God-given purpose of being the physical representation of Jesus to the world around us.
Scripture tells us we are the church, and God’s message to the church is this: be the Church.
During this series, we’re moving past what the church has culturally become, and we’re going to see what the Bible says the church is at its very core and how we are meant to live in light of that truth.
