Ilze brings a kind smile and playful spirit with her to work as part of our Campus Operations team. Cleaning, organizing, whatever it takes to help keep the church beautiful inside and out!
Allan Dato
Allan serves with our Campus Operations Team. Around the church, he’s pretty much the go-to guy when something needs to be fixed.
Trish Gesling
Trish Gesling serves as an assistant to our NW Kids children’s ministry. She feels blessed by the love poured out by our church body!
Brooke Dato
Brooke has been at Northwest since she was a teenager… (she was part of the package deal that came with Pastor Harrell) and absolutely loves being part of the team.
Nathan Keck
Nathan works hard to create excellent videos that reach into our community. He’s usually in the studio planning, editing and coloring videos.
Sandie Koons
Sandie Koons is one of our assistants. She loves coming alongside and helping however she’s needed!
Jeris Payne
Jeris Payne is leads our social media team and helps with a wide range of web, design, and communications projects.
Kathy Schwartz
Kathy Schwartz is part of our Campus Operations team. She hopes to bless those who use the space as much as it has blessed her!

Terrie Vlack is Pastor Harrell’s assistant. She knows it’s been a good day in the office when she’s helped make Pastor’s load a little lighter.
