Missions

Jesus told us to “go!” But we don’t go as “fixers.” Sure, we go as Christ’s representatives, but we also go as servant-learners…and listeners! We believe in forming meaningful, lasting, and reciprocal relationships with the people we serve.

That’s how hope gets offered, widows are cared for, homes are built, orphans are rescued, and the power of the gospel transforms lives!

We invite you to take every opportunity to fulfill your role in spreading the Gospel right here in northwest Columbus and as the Lord opens doors to us across the nation and world.

Local Missions Opportunities

Spring Clean-up

On Saturday, April 27, we’ll gather for a day of serving in our community and on these beautiful 22 acres. It’ll be a day of fellowship and service!

Prison Ministry Opportunity

We’re gathering men and women to serve at Beyond The Walls Day of Champions at area prison facilities on May 17 & 18.

Pregnancy Decision Health Center

Northwest has been supporting the Pregnancy Decision Health Center through your faithful giving. To help PDHC serve expectant mothers, you can purchase supplies from their Amazon wishlist throughout the year or sign up with PDHC as a volunteer.

Lifeline Christian Mission

We’ve hosted Lifeline Christian Mission at our church and helped pack thousands of meals for needy families.

Lifeline has ongoing meal-packing events at their Westerville facility that benefits people around the world.

If you and your family or Small Group would like to volunteer for an hour to help pack as many meals as possible, it’s as simple as signing up here.

Mission Trips

We don’t currently have a short-term mission trip planned. Let us know if you’re interested in being part of a global mission trip.

Supporting missionaries in the United States and around the world

We’re honored for the opportunity to faithfully support these missionary families…along with several in closed countries where their work is so sensitive we can’t talk about it online.
