In early 2022, Pastor Harrell tasked the Search Team with seeking the man God was calling to be the Lead Pastor of Northwest. The number one prayer has been that all during the process, God would get the glory and that at the end, we’d be able to look back and see how God had moved in a way only He could.
And He has. The Search Team, the Board of Directors, and our members are in unanimous agreement that Anthony Fusco is the man God has brought to us for our next Lead Pastor. Anthony will join the staff as our Senior Associate Pastor, working alongside Pastor Harrell until April 2024, when he will become Lead Pastor.
