- The soldiers mocked Him and beat him beyond recognition…
- The authorities ordered Him crucified…
- His Father turned His back on Him…
And we call the day all of this happened “Good Friday.”
Jesus, the only One who knew no sin, willingly went to the cross and took on Himself the penalty of the sins of the world.
Friday, March 29, at 7pm, we’re coming together for a Good Friday communion service centered around His sacrifice for us. We’ll focus on what Jesus went through… and while it is beyond comprehension, the gift that His blood made possible for us is why we call that dark day “Good Friday.”
For your kiddos
The adults will be taking communion and reflecting on Jesus’ crucifixion. We’ve got stuff geared just for your kids that aren’t quite ready for that yet. Babies through second graders will have safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative and relevant way.
