The Well Ramps Up
The Well is a monthly gathering for all women where we meet Jesus and friends for a night away from the pressures of daily life to fill up our cups with love and encouragement.
In a world where isolation and loneliness dominate and where connecting and fellowshipping in the name of Jesus is vital, The Well is a place to come and be encouraged in your Faith. This ministry is for all the ladies: freshly graduated high school to the greatest of great grandmas; we have a place for you!
The Well meets the first Thursday of the month—September through May—from 7–9pm. Register now to help us place you at a table. It’s free and does not commit you to attend every meeting. It just lets us know to prepare a place for you.
Salt & Light
This year’s theme is Salt and Light. In Matthew 5:13–16, Jesus says His followers are the salt of the earth and light of the world. At The Well, we’ll hear from different women each month about their story. We’ll hear how they practically live out loving Jesus through not just talking the talk but walking the walk. Then we’ll break out to our tables to discuss how we can individually be filled with the truth from God’s Word and let the light of Jesus shine through us. We hope to see you at the Well!
Join us at 7pm at Northwest Bible Church on the following Thursdays.
You are the salt of the earth, but if salt has lost its taste, how shall its saltiness be restored? It is no longer good for anything except to be thrown out and trampled under people’s feet. You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
