Moms2Moms 2020/2021 Season

None of us could have anticipated what 2020 would look like. For some, life came to a standstill. For others, life went into survival mode. For some families, there was a sweet moment in time where life became simpler when the calendar became empty. We all have different feelings and opinions about these recent months, but we can probably all agree on one thing—we need each other more than ever.

Instead of isolation, we need connection and encouragement with other moms. Instead of confusion from the news and social media, we need Truth from God’s Word. Instead of feeling drained with the demands of long days and a never-ending list of needs, we need strength from the life-giver Himself.

God is our source of life. His Word is our nourishment for each day. When we are connected to a life-giving God, we become equipped to be a Life-Giving Mom. A mom who breathes life into her home and family. A mom who seeks God’s teaching and shares it with her kids. A mom who nurtures, makes memories, and celebrates her children.

A Life-Giving Mom

This year, we hope you will be able to join us at Moms2Moms where we will focus on becoming a Life-giving Mom.

If you’re a mom of children—expecting moms through moms of high schoolers—please join us for a mom’s night out of encouragement, laughter, mentoring, and giveaways. Moms2Moms meets one Thursday evening each month, October through May from 7–9pm. The annual fee to participate is $30, due by the October meeting.

A note on changes you’ll see at Moms2Moms this fall.

In order to return to Moms2Moms we are moving to a small group format. Each Moms2Moms table will gather as a small group with groups spread out throughout the church building. We will not be offering our food-themed potlucks for the present time. Moms2Moms will provide drinks and each small group will have the opportunity to decide how to handle refreshments for their own table. We will continue to offer themed activities, giveaways, mentor moments, and lots of time for moms to simply talk and connect!

While the format may look and feel a little different than in the past, our goal is still the same—to help ladies connect, grow in their faith, and be encouraged in their role as a mom.
