Easter Services
Why is Easter Sunday the most celebrated day in a Christian’s life? It’s because it is foundational to everything we believe! As we look back on Good Friday as the day Jesus laid down His life to cover the cost of our sins—we come together on Easter to rejoice in the fact that He didn’t stay in the grave!
Jesus’ resurrection brings unshakable hope and a complete life-change to anyone who believes! Join the celebration on Sunday, April 1 at 9 or 10:45am!
What can I expect?
We know that meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Northwest a great one!
How long is Northwest Bible Church’s Easter Service?
In total, the Easter service is about one hour and fifteen minutes. Services begin with the Northwest Bible Church band and praise team leading the church in music. The song lyrics are projected on onto the screen so you can sing along or engage in worship however you feel most comfortable. After the music, our Senior Pastor, Ken Harrell, will preach an encouraging message from the Bible about Jesus’ triumph over sin and death and what that means for you!
What’s the culture like at Northwest Bible Church?
Sunday’s at Northwest are exciting, business casual and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest. Check out these photos from last year’s Easter service to get an idea for what it’s like around Northwest.
Easter for your kids
We want to help your kids learn and grow, too! In fact, we’re so passionate about it, we designed a specific program just for them! Kids from birth through sixth grade are guaranteed to have fun, make friends, and most importantly learn just how much God loves them in Kid City.
You can focus in on what we’re learning in the worship center without distraction or worry because you always know that your kids are loved, safe, valued, and so important in our life as a church family. So pack up the little ones, come on over, and spend a Easter Sunday morning with us as we pursue God together!
