Communion Sunday

This next week ushers in the busiest five weeks of the year…from Thanksgiving until Christmas, our personal calendars have us going non-stop. Family gatherings, work parties, school programs, holiday travel, shopping and end-of-year deadlines will all vie for our attention.
But before those five weeks begin, I want us to shift our focus. Rather than think about all that has to be done, I want us to stop and think about all that has been done.

This Sunday in both our 9 & 10:45am services we’ll be dedicating the entire morning to communion. It’s the time we set aside to reflect on the greatest gift ever given…the sacrifice that Jesus made for each of us on the cross.

It’s going to be a special time!
