Building New Spaces
At Northwest, we want to be known for our love of two things… Jesus and people. And we want that to come across in everything we do. It’s our desire that you see our love for Jesus in each message, song, and as groups gather throughout the week.
And it’s our love of Jesus and people that is the driving force behind some exciting changes that will be happening in the upcoming weeks. Changes that will allow for better community, as well as make the needed changes to the space where we collectively meet as a church family.
Hard to believe, but it’s been 22 years since Northwest held its first worship service on a Sunday morning in our Worship Center in May of 1999. But here’s the thing… we truly do believe that the best is yet to come! And we are excited for this next step that God is allowing us to take.
Beginning January 10, 2021, our Worship Center and foyer will be undergoing construction, which means Sunday mornings are going to look a little different! While construction is going on, we’ll be worshipping together in the gym. And if you have kids, don’t worry! They’ll still be meeting for Kid City, but during this time they’ll meet in the Student Ministry Room.
We know that construction means making adjustments… flexibility… and dust. But we know the end result will be well worth it!
This is one construction project that we are very excited about… and for all the opportunities this will bring for our church family to better connect with each other… both on Sundays and during the week!
